John T. Cobb Lampkin papers, 1872-1926.

The collection consists of papers of John T. Cobb Lampkin of Athens, Clarke County, Georgia from 1872-1926. Includes a notebook (1895-1926) which contains deaths and marriages, weather, social activities, and some medical remedies; a "record of time" (1873-1875) in which Lampkin discusses the weather, social activities, church attendance, his studies at the University of Georgia, and the people staying at his father Lewis J. Lampkin's boarding house; and an account book (1872-1880) which also contains Latin lessons and exercises.
